1)- मातृत्व लाभ:- न्यूनतम एक वर्ष की सदस्यता पूर्ण होने पर निबंधित महिला निर्माण कामगार को प्रथम दो प्रसवों के लिए प्रसव की तिथि को राज्य सरकार द्वारा अकुशल कामगार हेतु निर्धारित न्यूनतम मजदूरी के 90 दिनों केमजदूरी के समतुल्य राशि देय है। यह अनुदान स्वास्थ्य, समाज कल्याण एवं अन्य विभागों के अतिरिक्त है 2)-शिक्षा के लिए वितीय सहायता:- न्यूनतम एक वर्ष की सदस्यता पूर्ण होने पर निबंधित निर्माण कामगारों के पुत्र एवं पुत्री को (क) आई. आई. टी./ आई. आई. एम. तथा एम्स आदि जैसे सरकारी उत्कृष्ट संस्थानों में दाखिला होने पर पुरा ट्यूशन फीस (ख) बी. टेक अथवा समकक्ष कोर्स के लिए सरकारी संस्थान में दाखिला होने पर एकमुश्त ₹20,000 /-(रूपये बीस हजार) (ग) सरकारी पॉलिटेकनिक, नर्सिंग या समकक्ष डिप्लोमा कोर्स के अध्यन के लिए एकमुश्त ₹0,000 /-(रूपये दस हजार) (घ) सरकारी आई.टी.आई या समकक्ष के लिए एकमुश्त ₹5,000 /- (रूपये पाँच हजार) नकद पुरस्कार :- न्यूनतम एक वर्ष की सदस्यता के पश्चात निबंधित निर्माण कामगारों के अधिकतम दो संतानों कोप्रति वर्ष बिहार राज्य के अधीन किसी भी बोर्ड द्वारा संचालति दसवीं एवं बारहवीं की परीक्षा में 80% या उससेअधिक अंक प्राप्त करने पर ₹25 हजार, 70% से 79.99% अंक प्राप्त करने पर ₹5 हजार तथा 60% से69.99% अंक प्राप्त करने पर ₹0 हजार का लाभ प्रदान किया जायेगा। विवाह के लिए वित्तीय सहायता :- ₹ 50,000 /- (पचास हजार) निबंधित पुरूष,“ महिला कामगार को तीन वर्षों तक अनिवार्य रूपसे सदस्य रहने पर, उनके दो व्यवस्क पुत्रियों को अथवा स्वयं महिला सदस्य को, लेकिन दूसरी शादी करनेवाले श्रमिक इस योजना के हकदार नहीं है। यह अर्न्तजातीय विवाह प्रोत्साहन योजना के अतिरिक्त है। साईकिल क्रय योजना:– न्यूनतम एक वर्ष की सदस्यता पूर्ण करने के पश्चात साईकिल क्रय करने के उपरान्त अधिकतम₹3,500 /- (रूपये तीन हजार पांच सौ ) साईकिल क्रय का रसीद उपलब्ध कराने पर। औजार क्रय योजना:- अधिकतम ₹45,000 /- (रूपये पन्द्रह हजार ) निबंधित निर्माण कामगार को कौशल उन्‍नयन केलिए दिये जाने वाले प्रशिक्षणोपरांत उनके प्रशिक्षण संबंधित ट्रेड का औजार। भवन मरम्मती अनुदान योजना :- अधिकतम ₹20,000 /- (रूपये बीस हजार) तीन वर्षों की सदस्यता पूरी होने पर, सिर्फ एक बार।लेकिन जिन्हें पूर्व में भवन निर्माण, साईकिल एवं औजार के लिए राशि प्राप्त हो चुका है उन्हें यह लाभ नहींदिया जायेगा। लाभार्थी को चिकित्सा सहायता मुख्यमंत्री चिकित्सा सहायता कोष के समतुल्य राशि:- वैसे कामगार जिन्‍्होने मुख्यमंत्री चिकित्सा सहायता कोष से राशि प्राप्त नहीं की है, उन्हें असाध्य रोग की चिकित्सा हेतु स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा समतुल्यराशि। वार्षिक चिकित्सा सहायता योजना:- इसका लाभ सभी निबंधित पात्र निर्माण श्रमिकों को प्राप्त होगा, जिसके तहत प्रतिवर्ष ३,000 /-(रूपये तीन हजार) की एकमुश्त राशि लाभार्थी के खाते में अंतरित की जायेगी। पेंशन:- न्यूनतम पाँच वर्ष की सदस्यता पूर्ण होने पर तथा 60 वर्ष की आयु के पश्चात्‌ ₹,1000 /- (रूपयेएक हजार ) प्रतिमाह पेंशन देय होगा। बशर्ते कि अन्य सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना के अन्तर्गत पेंशन का लाभ न मिला हो। विकलांगता पेंशन :- ₹,1000 /- (रूपये एक हजार) प्रतिमाह, लकवा, कोढ़, टी.बी. अथवा दुर्घटना आदि में
